To keep things running smoothy (and keep the good hair days coming) please take a moment to read our salon policies:

DEPOSITS

For larger services, a 30% deposit is required when booking. This secures your appointment and allows us to reserve the time needed to create your dream hair.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

Our busiest day deserves a little extra love! A 15% surcharge applies to all Saturday appointments.

COLOUR CORRECTIONS & EXTENSIONS

Colour correction and extensions services require a consultation prior to booking. Every hair journey is unique; we’d love to create a personalized plan to achieve your desired result safely and beautifully.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens! if you need to make chnages to your appointment:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice : 30% cancellation fee

• Less than 12 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee

NO SHOWS

Missed appointments without notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked appointment time.
